Full Moon in Aries

Full Moon in Aries, September 26, 2026

Full Moon at 3° Aries: September 26, 2026 at 9:49 a.m. PDT

Why This Aries Full Moon Is Different

This is not just any Full Moon. Between Sept. 25-28, the Sun, Uranus, and Pluto form a powerful Grand Trine in Air. Their energies merge and reinforce one another, and the result is unusually clear insight into how you relate to other people.

Look at who is involved. Pluto in Aquarius is the planet of power, and it is very good at showing you exactly where yours has quietly drained away. Uranus in Gemini brings the breakthrough, the genuinely new thought about a situation you assumed was fixed. And the Sun in Libra puts all of it squarely in the territory of your relationships and partnerships. Together they hand you the insight: here is where you gave your power away, and here is what could be different.

But air is better at thinking than doing. That's where the Aries Moon comes in. Just over an hour before the Full Moon is exact, the Moon meets Neptune in Aries, within a degree of each other, directly opposite the Libra Sun and sextile both Uranus and Pluto. That turns the Grand Trine into a Kite, and the Aries Moon becomes its apex: the single point where all of that air finally has to become action.

So the insight arrives through Libra, Gemini, and Aquarius, and the courage to do something about it arrives through Aries. That is what makes this Full Moon so good for reclaiming your power and taking real initiative on the changes you have been circling for a while.

Here is the catch, and it's the reason the release work matters so much this time. Aries initiative only lands well if it's balanced with Libra's sense of fairness and cooperation. Power reclaimed through impatience, temper, or impulsive action tends to cost you the relationship you were trying to fix. So before you act, you clear what gets in the way, which is exactly what the Full Moon is for.

Reclaim your power, absolutely. Just remember that impatience and anger won't get you far.

If you work with the Lunar Cycle for manifestation, don't miss this one!

Were you brought up believing that you should always keep harmony, even if it means suppressing some of your own needs? Or is your belief that every conflict must be resolved head-on, or else you’re a pushover?

Too much Aries energy, and you’re at risk of overemphasizing “me” in relationships. But, too much Libra energy? It all becomes about “we”, with your own identity dissolving.

So if you need to let go of non-constructive anger and impatience, this Full Moon is for you! It's also great for releasing unhelpful tendencies to act impulsively, irritability and frustration, and inability to be receptive to partnerships (= too much “I”, not enough “we”).

How To:

  1. Set aside some time within 24 hours after the Full Moon.

  2. Prepare your space. You will need to focus on your intentions. It may help to light a candle and burn some incense. A black candle is traditionally associated with removing things from your life, but a white candle will work as well.

  3. Spend a few minutes writing in your gratitude journal (or simply make a list of what you’re grateful for). This is IMPORTANT! Don't skip this step.

  4. Then focus on what you want to release (behaviours or circumstances that don’t serve your goals). Truly FEEL your intentions. This is also important. You need to infuse your intentions with energy. You WANT the feeling of constant rushing and getting frustrated gone from your life. You WANT to be less impulsive when it comes to spending 😊 Run a movie in your mind of what your life is going to be like once these behaviours are gone. You can write your intentions on a piece of paper and burn it if you wish. The Grand Trine stays active through Sept. 28, so if you can't get to this on the 26th, you still have a few days while the energy is strong.

  5. Keep repeating your intentions over the next two weeks. The entire Waning Moon phase is good for releasing what no longer serves us, especially the day after the Full Moon, and a couple of days before the next New Moon.

Sample Intentions:

“I want the tendency to get easily frustrated lifted from me.”

“I want to stop taking impulsive actions that are against my best interests.”

“I want impatience that doesn’t serve me lifted from me.”

“I want all excessive anger gone from my life.”

“I want to stop rushing and feeling rushed.”

“I want all blocks to forming meaningful and balanced partnerships in my life to be lifted from me.”

“I want the courage to act on what I now see clearly about my relationships.”

“I want hesitation about speaking my needs lifted from me.”

Want to Go Deeper?

From experience, working with the Lunar Cycle can reset your life.  It was gentle resets for some of my clients, and big breakthroughs for others.

Why does it work? I honestly couldn't tell you if it's neuroscience - engaging the deep recesses of your brain - or if the Universe lends you a helping hand.

But one thing that will help you, without a doubt, is working with the Lunar Cycle as a consistent, structured practice.

That is exactly what my course, MoonManifest: Where Astrology, Magic and Mindset Come Together, is for. It's a practical bootcamp that will help you build your manifestation muscle in 30 days. It's based on my own methodology that you won't find anywhere else!
