Astrology, Tarot and More

We're in the astrologically tense part of 2025.  Jupiter squares Saturn and Neptune between June 15-19, as they are building toward a near-conjunction on June 29.  It will repeat on August 1.  The Sun, as it enters Cancer this week, sets off these energies. 

June brings yet another big energy shift.  Jupiter moves into home and family-oriented Cancer.  Jupiter is exalted (very strong) in Cancer, which is good for all of us.  But first, there is a hurdle to clear...

Two biggest celestial events of June happen this week.  Jupiter enters Cancer, and forms its final square with Saturn - the unstable energy we've been feeling, on and off, for the past 12 months. 

Astrologically speaking, the Full Moon is the time to celebrate our successes and progress this lunar cycle, give thanks - and then to start releasing what no longer serves us. 

If you’re prone to FOMO (fear of missing out), it’s a great Full Moon to get rid of it! No, the grass is not always greener on the other side…😉 While I love the expansive Sagittarius energy, the dark side of it is that it always wonders, "What if I took the other path? Would I have done better?"

This week starts on a disjointed note, but the energies drastically improve by Wednesday, when Venus makes an auspicious sextile to Jupiter, and a long and beneficial Opportunity Period forms.  Great for love, finances, networking, social and professional events, and beauty-related projects! 

Saturn temporarily enters Aries on May 24, 2025.  The big energy shift of 2025-2026 deepens.  A new 29-year chapter is about to begin, and it kicks off with a bang - with a rare Saturn-Neptune conjunction. 

This week brings the New Moon in Gemini, a powerful Mercury-Pluto trine (charge a turquoise ring or necklace, to express yourself authentically and with power), and lots of great energy to connect with family and friends! 

This New Moon is THE day of the year to set intentions for improved communication or writing with ease; improved relationship with siblings or neighbours; increased social circle, and - for all of us anxious drivers out there - reduced stress when driving!  And this year, the Sun and Moon are conjunct Mercury and trine Pluto.  It's a very powerful New Moon indeed! 

My Mercury is in precision-oriented Virgo, and so I like to stage astro-experiments, to see how astrology principles play out in real life.  My craziest experiment was...the birth of my daughter, Katrina! 

The Sun enters Gemini on May 20 at 11:55 a.m. PDT this year.   Gemini Season 2025 starts on a powerful note.  The Sun trines Pluto on May 24, connecting us with our inner power.
