Astrology Forecast for August 4-10, 2025

Unless I provide a specific timeframe, we’ll feel the energies 24-72 hours in advance of the date I mention (the date when the planetary alignment is exact).  They will be gaining in strength as they approach the date.  We will also feel them for 24-48 hours after, but they will be losing strength with each passing hour. 

This Week: Executive Summary 😉

Lots is happening this week in the skies.

Mercury is still retrograde this week... save signing contracts, conducting negotiations, and starting an e-commerce business until Mercury resumes direct motion on August 11 (Pacific to Eastern time). 

Mars is prominently featured this week.  It enters Libra on August 6, and immediately butts heads with Saturn and Neptune. It may be difficult to get things going mid-week.  There could be some passive-aggressive behaviors and gaslighting. 

But, Mars also forms a beautiful Grand Trine with Uranus and Pluto.  It's a very helpful energy if you need to initiate positive change in your life.  Just be prepared that you may need to push through some obstacles first, and there could be a reality check along the way.

✨   August 5: Mars enters Libra

Mars is in detriment in Libra, meaning that it's more difficult for the red planet to express its fiery energy.  As it moves through Libra, Mars will be butting heads with Saturn and Neptune, but also forming a beautiful Grand Trine with Uranus and Pluto.  

And all of this planetary action happens this week!

If you need to initiate positive change in your life, this week's energies are very helpful.  Just be prepared that you may need to push through some obstacles first, and there could be a reality check along the way.

✨  August 8:  Mars trine Uranus and Opposite Saturn

A good day for a brainstorming session at work, but be prepared for some opposing views.  Remember that the goal of brainstorming is to generate ideas, not to critique them! 

✨  August 9:  Full Moon in Aquarius, Mars Opposite Neptune 

The Sun in Leo and the Moon in Aquarius stare at each other across the skies at the time of this Full Moon. 

Both Leo and Aquarius are fixed signs = they can be stubborn and resistant to change! That’s the quality they share.  

But, like it or not, change is a constant we're all going to experience in life, some of us more than others.  But, we all need to be able to deal with it.  There would be no progress without change.  And so this Full Moon is great for releasing unhelpful stubbornness.
