FAQ: Delivery, Cancellations, Refunds and Exchanges

READINGS:

If you book a live reading, it will be provided via Skype, Zoom, or phone (the phone option is available to my clients from Canada and the USA). You can select the date and time convenient for you on my scheduling page.

All written readings and reports are sent by e-mail, to the e-mail address associated with your account. I can send your reading to a different e-mail address at your request.

  • Tarot readings: e-mailed within 2-3 business days.
  • Astrology readings: e-mailed within 5-7 business days.
  • Astrology reports: e-mailed within 24-48 hours.

If I think your reading may be delayed, I will e-mail you to let you know.

It's very rare that I don't send out a reading on time, so if you don't see it in your Inbox, please check your SPAM folder. Sometimes they end up there. 

Refunds:

I'm sorry I'm unable to offer a refund for the reading that has been delivered, either live or via email.

Cancellations:

You can rebook a live reading up to 24 hours before the scheduled reading time. Readings re-scheduled within 24 hours will be charged a 50% cancellation fee, as I will have already started working on your astrological chart by then.

All cancellations will be charged a 2-3% payment processing fee. That's the fee I'm charged when you book the reading, and it's not refunded to me by the payment processing engine if you cancel.  

WORKSHOPS:

My workshops are provided using Zoom. You can select the date and time convenient for you on my scheduling page. If you're unable to attend, I will send you a replay link within 12-24 hours following the workshop.

Refunds:

If you're unable to attend in person, you can either reschedule to the next available delivery, or you will receive a recording of the workshop.

Cancellations:

You can cancel up to 24 hours prior to the workshop time.
