FAQ: Delivery, Cancellations, Refunds and Exchanges
If you book a live reading, it will be provided via Skype, Zoom, or phone (the phone option is available to my clients from Canada and the USA).
Readings and Astrology Reports via Email:
All written readings and reports are sent by e-mail, to the e-mail address associated with your account. I can send your reading to a different e-mail address at your request.
Readings via email will be sent by the date/time you've selected when ordering.
Astrology reports will be emailed within 24-48 hours of purchase.
If I think your reading may be delayed, I will e-mail you to let you know.
It's very rare that I don't send out a reading on time, so if you don't see it in your Inbox, please check your SPAM folder. Sometimes they end up there.
Workshops and Courses:
My live workshops are provided using Zoom. Workshop recordings and accompanying materials are posted on Tevello, the learning platform I use, within 24 hours following the workshop.
In most cases, you will receive access to the learning platform when you purchase the workshop, via an email with login instructions. In some instances, the email with login instructions will be sent out after the live workshop.
For my digital courses, you will receive a lifetime access to the course after you purchase it. You will need to create a username and password to access it.
Cancellations and Refunds:
As a small business, I aim to deliver affordable readings and workshops of high quality. But, it also means that I have a stricter refund and cancellation policy than what you would expect from a big, multi-national company. I'm not Amazon!
