Refund policy
As a small business, I aim to deliver affordable readings and workshops of high quality. But, it also means that I have a stricter refund and cancellation policy than what you would expect from a big, multi-national company. I'm not Amazon!
Please read the cancellation and refund policies below carefully before ordering.
I don't offer refunds, but you can cancel your order and receive a store credit, as per the policies below:
Readings:
You can cancel a reading via email or a live reading up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. You will receive a store credit.
You can also reschedule a live reading to another date/time that works for you. A 24-hour notice is required.
No-shows for a live reading will be charged a full fee.
I'm sorry I'm unable to offer a refund for the reading that has been delivered, either live or via email.
Tarot and astrology will show you likely future events, but they don't provide a 100% guarantee. Their insights may not resonate with you at the time of the reading, but may make very good sense later.
Live Workshops and Digital Courses:
My workshops are provided using Zoom. You will receive a registration email with the Zoom link when you register for a live workshop with me.
If you're unable to attend in person, you will receive a recording within 24 hours following the workshop.
If you prefer to cancel, you will receive a store credit in the amount you've paid.
Digital Courses:
Non-refundable.
Astrology Reports:
Non-refundable. You can cancel your order (as long as I haven't sent you the report yet), and receive a store credit.
