A heads-up: Mercury will turn retrograde on June 29. 

Mercury Retrograde is an inauspicious time for contracts, negotiations, and buying vehicles or expensive electronic devices. So if you're planning to put your house on the market, make an offer on a home, or start a negotiation at work (as some examples), start planning around Mercury Retrograde dates: June 29–July 23.

In everyday matters — communication glitches, technology hiccups — we may start feeling Mercury Retrograde effects as early as June 21, when it enters its Storm (slowing down as it gets ready to turn retrograde).

Here is what to prioritize — and sidestep — in the week ahead:

• Monday and Tuesday are two of the best days of the year for love and romance! (But be sure to work around Moon void-of-course. Times below 👇🏼).
• Avoid important communication and presentations on Tuesday and Wednesday. People might be less inclined to hear you out.
• Thursday to Saturday are 3 excellent days to wrap up projects, declutter, and recharge. Don't start anything you want to grow though. The Moon is Balsamic.

• Celebrating a relationship milestone.
• Calling in financial abundance.
  

Be sure to work around the Moon void-of-course: June 8, 5:38 p.m. to June 9, 1:33 a.m. PDT.

Avoid:

• If you're a big spender, avoid shopping today. Venus conjunct Jupiter tends to open hearts — and wallets!

⚠️ June 9–10: Mercury Square Saturn.

Too bad this overlaps with the Venus–Jupiter conjunction, but you can absolutely work around this energy.

Avoid:

• Signing contracts
• Conducting negotiations
• Scheduling important communication events and presentations — your audience might see things as "glass half empty"
• Sending important emails or texts where tone could be misread
  
• In personal relationships, ease off on constructive feedback — it could be misconstrued as criticism.

Balsamic Moon is inauspicious for new beginnings, but it's a great time to finish up projects, tie up loose ends, and — my favourite — do some digital, physical, or emotional decluttering.

It will be especially productive if you take advantage of the Opportunity Period: June 12, 11:37 a.m. to June 13, 12:30 a.m. PDT.

(If you're new to Opportunity Periods, they are the times the Moon makes positive aspects only before she enters a new sign. They are particularly supportive of specific undertakings).

Best For:

• Finishing projects and tying up loose ends
• Retrospective of your past 4 weeks: any learnings?
• Decluttering (physical, digital, or emotional)
• Journaling or reflection practices
• Meditation or breathwork
• Saying no to commitments that no longer serve you
• Unstructured time to restore your physical, emotional, or mental energy.

Venus in Leo loves to be noticed, appreciated, and recognized. Tap into her energy to shower your loved ones with appreciation!
