Mercury is still retrograde this week, but, it doesn't mean it's a bad thing. This week brings a great couple of days for renegotiating business contracts or reviewing business direction. 

Jupiter turns direct on March 10.  Just one planet is still in retrograde - Mercury. We're just 10 days away until the lovely annual "green light" stretch when all planets are direct.  And when they are, it's much easier to get your undertakings off the ground.

The week starts off with great energies for love and romance, and ends with the Moon turning Balsamic. And that's the cosmos giving you permission to rest and recharge.  Balsamic Moon is inauspicious for big bold beginnings, so why not take it easy on Sunday?

💫 Astro-Highlight:  Jupiter Turns Direct

Jupiter, the planet of expansion and opportunities, is stationed for the entire month at 15° Cancer. And Jupiter stations are something to get excited about!

Why Jupiter stations matter:

• When Jupiter connects with your natal Sun, it brings opportunities—but this energy typically dissipates fast
• So here is a useful astro-hack for you: When Jupiter slows down before changing direction, it stays at the same degree for an unusually long time. This happens twice a year.
• If Jupiter stations close to your personal planets or angles, you get an extended period of opportunities instead of a relatively brief window.

Jupiter will be stationed at 15° Cancer between Feb. 16 and April 5.

You're the lucky recipient of this extended opportunity period if you have planets or angles (Ascendant, Descendant, MC or IC) between 13-20° of:

• Cancer
• Scorpio
• Pisces
• Capricorn
• Aries
• Libra

• First dates and meeting new romantic prospects (just remember that Mercury is still retrograde, and miscommunication is possible).

✨ Tuesday March 10:  Jupiter Turns Direct

When Jupiter changes direction, the energy of expansion and abundance is high! Consciously invite it into your life.

Work with citrine or the Tarot card Wheel of Fortune. Remember, Tarot cards are not just for predicting the future. They represent energy archetypes, and you can draw on them to call a specific energy into your life.

✨ Tuesday March 11:  Moon Enters a Lengthy Void-of-Course Period

The Moon stays void of course for nearly 9 hours today, from 2:38 a.m. to 9:07 p.m. PDT.  Avoid starting anything new that you want to succeed during this time.

The void-of-course Moon is a useful cosmic loophole though.  If you aren't ready to have a boundary-setting conversation with someone, say "yes" to what they are asking during the void-of-course Moon.  Chances are, the plan will fall through.

But...a boundary-setting conversation is a far better solution long-term. 

✨ Friday March 13, 3:10 a.m. to Saturday March 14, 4:33 a.m. PDT:  Opportunity Period! 

Opportunity Periods are universal periods that aid most undertakings.  And this one happens during a waning Moon in Capricorn, and while Mercury is retrograde. 

Best For:

• Giving projects in progress one big push, to get them over the finish line.
• Business renegotiations.

✨ Sunday March 15: Mercury Rx conjunct Mars, Balsamic Moon

Best For:

• Re-writing old stories that hold you back.  Sure, your last two relationships fell apart, but does it make you a failure in the love department? Oh come on - you're not thinking that, are you?  If you are, it's time to rewrite that story! 
• Decluttering.

Avoid:

• Launching brand-new, big undertakings.  They won't have enough power to get off the ground.
